Bitdeer Lifts November Bitcoin Output as Mining Sites Begin AI Data Center Conversions

Bitdeer continues to expand its proprietary Bitcoin mining operations, even as network mining difficulty remains at record-high levels.

Bitcoin Production Continues to Rise

The company reported on Monday that it produced 526 BTC from self-mining in November, marking a 3% increase month-over-month and more than triple the output compared to November last year.

This growth was driven by ongoing deployments of Bitdeer’s in-house SEALMINER machines and the gradual retirement of older third-party rigs.

Hashrate Expansion and 2025 Outlook

Installed proprietary hashrate rose to 45.7 EH/s, implying a realized hashrate of approximately 42.46 EH/s for November.

Bitdeer expects to approach 50 EH/s of self-mining capacity by the end of 2025, primarily driven by the ramp-up of its SEALMINER A2 and A3 models.

Diversification Into AI and HPC Infrastructure

Beyond Bitcoin mining, Bitdeer continues to expand into HPC and AI cloud services, a strategy increasingly adopted by large-scale miners to diversify revenue streams.

As of November, the company had deployed 720 GPUs for cloud services, achieving approximately 94% utilization. Several existing mining sites are now being redesigned or converted to support AI workloads.

Global AI Data Center Development

Bitdeer is currently designing a 13-megawatt AI data center in Wenatchee, Washington, while conversion has begun on 35 megawatts of capacity in Knoxville, Tennessee. Both projects are expected to be completed in early Q4 2026.

In Norway, planning and procurement are advancing at the company’s Tydal site, where long-lead equipment such as substations has already been ordered. The AI data center there is expected to come online by late 2026.

In Asia, Bitdeer secured a 2-megawatt AI data center lease in Malaysia to host Nvidia GB200 systems, and placed new orders for B300 and GB300 GPUs scheduled for deployment by February 2026.

The company is also evaluating U.S. data center leasing opportunities to serve AI cloud customers as early as Q1 2026.
